Description:
This is TAMIYA's 1/12 scale semi-assembled display model of the Porsche Carrera GT, released in 2003. The body is painted in a glossy silver. The model features an ABS resin cowl for sharp detailing, a die-cast engine, and a variety of materials, including metal mesh and synthetic rubber, for a realistic finish. The mid-mounted 5.7-liter V10 engine and pushrod-type suspension are precisely replicated. The front hood, engine hood, doors, and fuel lid can open and close, with die-cast hinges and magnets ensuring secure movement. The two-piece roof panel can be detached and stored in the front hood, while the model includes a pouch and suitcase in the passenger footwell. Additionally, pressing the rear license plate causes the rear spoiler to pop up.
