Story: In this world, there are those who can use magic and those who cannot. The minority of magic users are feared and seen as dangerous by the general public. They are forced to hide their true identities and live in secrecy.

2024, Shibuya, Tokyo:
A curfew is in place due to the Anti-Magic Law. However, this has already become a mere formality, and many no longer adhere to it.

Marin Kirizumi, having lived her life "oppressed" due to being a magic user, believes, "If I become the strongest, I will be 'liberated.'" Relying on her father's words, she descends into the night of Shibuya to gain her freedom.

Sari Nishijima decided to use her powers for order when she awakened to her magic. To protect Shibuya from illegal drugs that turn people into monsters and factions with dangerous ideologies, she enforces her own sense of justice.

Marin seeks "liberation" of the heart.
