In response, the Toyotomi clan, based in Osaka Castle, decides to confront the Tokugawa shogunate and calls on feudal lords throughout Japan for support.
• Surprisingly, among those who accept the invitation is Sanada Nobushige, who, having fought alongside his father Sanada Masayuki against the Tokugawa during the Battle of Sekigahara, finds himself exiled in Kishu Province. With the help of ten ninjas who serve Nobushige, he decides to escape from Kishu and head for Osaka Castle.
• These ten warriors include former samurai loyal to the Sanada family, ninjas who continued to serve the Sanada after his exile, and those who challenge the Sanada clan in the name of their legacy, forming the legendary "Sanada Ten Heroes."
• The story unfolds as they face numerous foes, including the dark Yagyu clan, assassins acting under the shogunate’s orders, and mysterious swordsmen and warriors. This is the final chapter of the Sengoku period, depicting the bonds and lives of Sanada Nobushige and the Ten Heroes as they rush to Osaka Castle.
