Your choices and interactions with generals will determine the rise and fall of factions in the “political strategy” aspect of the game. Players can experience diverse roles, including monarchs, generals, soldiers, and wandering warriors. Building relationships with various generals will contribute to creating a more powerful nation.

The classic “edit feature” from the Empires series returns, allowing you to combine different parts to create your original custom general. Through numerous events with the Musou generals, experience a dramatic Sangokushi adventure tailored to you.

Siege Battles:
The combat system has evolved into “siege battles,” where players march from their stronghold to the enemy base, aiming to defeat enemy commanders. Use siege weapons and battle commands to engage in intense confrontations as you strive to capture the enemy headquarters.

All playable Musou generals from Shin Sangokumusou 8, totaling 94 characters, are available. Four characters previously appearing as NPCs (Dong Bai, Yuan Shu, Xiahou Ji, and Hua Xiong) will also be playable from the start. Additionally, around 700 generic generals will be accessible.
