New Opening by TRIGGER
The opening animation for this game is created by the Japanese animation studio TRIGGER, known for works such as "Kill la Kill" and "Promare." The familiar characters, including Shantae, her rival Risky, Mimic Uncle, Sky, Bolo, and Rottytops, move dynamically in true TRIGGER fashion. Directed by Yoshihiro Miyajima, with animation character design and animation supervision by Kai Igarashi.
Transform with "Fusion Magic"
Shantae gains a new power called "Fusion Magic" by meeting other half-genies. This new ability manifests in two forms: "Fusion Form" and "Fusion Dance." Activating Fusion Form allows Shantae to transform into a "Spiked Turtle" or "Newt" to explore the field.
Power Up with "Monster Cards"
In this game, defeated enemies drop unique cards, which can be equipped once a certain number are collected. Cards provide various effects, such as nullifying damage from traps, increasing movement speed, or enhancing specific attack effects.
