I never expected to be able to publish a photo book less than a year after leaving TV Tokyo. I had about four months from the time I heard about the project until the photo shoot, so I did a genetic test to make sure I had the ideal body.
I ate a diet while considering my physical constitution, looked at my body from all angles every day, and worked out and stretched 3~4 times a week.
I aimed to create a body that was supple and somewhat touchable, while retaining its femininity. I wanted to create a collection of photos that would make you want to flip from one to the next, so I was very particular about both the body and the composition. I hope many people will take a look."
