This game is a port of a Windows-exclusive title released by "Windmill." The scenario is crafted by Kenji Saito, known for popular works such as "Trinity Seven," which has also been adapted into a TV and theatrical anime. The illustrations are done by Yukio, the original creator of the popular series "Dropkick on My Devil!" and Risa Miyasu, who has worked on many titles with a soft touch in their illustrations. The chaotic love story involving a villainous protagonist and his demon partner, Mephisto, who conspire to seize the world, is highly regarded as a masterpiece, marking its first port to home consoles.

For this port, new data has been created based on ultra-high-resolution images used in the original version. By upgrading the screen resolution from the original (1,280px × 720px) to Full HD (1,920px × 1,080px), players can enjoy the game with even more detailed and beautiful illustrations.

Believing this legend, the heads of the three academies begin to argue that their academy's "president" is the most suitable. After lengthy discussions, the three academies decide to merge, and a "presidential election" will determine which president is best suited to be the "world ruler." There, a young man named Kuroiro Akechi appears, who wishes to change the world and seize everything. He begins to secretly act to obtain the treasure, making a pact with the demon "Mephisto." With this power, he tries to woo, manipulate, and control the presidential candidates. However, Kuroiro begins to develop feelings for the women he intends to use. Those feelings are—could it be? Love?!
Kuroiro, in his haste, finds himself in a deeper mess. What will become of his ambitions and his love?
