On this mountain, "water" is worshipped as a deity, with the belief that "people are born from water and return to water," a teaching of reincarnation.
Therefore, those approaching death would visit this mountain, believing that by touching the water of the mountain, they could end their lives correctly.
The mountain is also known for its peculiar rituals and customs, with many reports of gruesome events and mysterious occurrences.
The story is set on the spiritual mountain called "Hikami Mountain" and revolves around the mysterious tales woven by the three characters: Yuuri Kozukata, Ren Hojo, and Miu Hinasaki.
