In autumn 2010, the protagonist, Nadeshiko Kuro, a sixth-grade student at the private "Shuurin Academy" in Tokyo, enjoys a relatively peaceful student life with childhood friend Riichiro. However, she begins to experience strange dreams almost every day—dreams of a desolate world cloaked in a dark, gloomy sky painted in red and blue. One day, Nadeshiko and Riichiro are summoned by the new teacher, Akira Kaga. The other students called to the classroom are rumored troublemakers from different classes, totaling six. The teacher then announces, “I will assign you a task.” Alongside their makeshift friends, they must complete the "task" given by the teacher. While they navigate their challenges, mysterious occurrences gradually encroach upon their "reality." And then, someone Nadeshiko had met in the "dream world" appears before her. Their fateful encounter with this familiar figure sets the wheels of destiny in motion.
