The Jaguar Lightweight E-Type is a rare racing car, with only 12 of the 18 planned units produced between 1963 and 1964. In 2014, the remaining 6 units were manufactured to the same specifications as the original, by skilled craftsmen. It features an all-aluminum body with a 3.8-liter inline-six engine producing a maximum output of 345 horsepower, and a weight reduced to 1000 kg, 114 kg lighter than the standard model.
AUTOart has meticulously recreated the racing interior, roll cage, and magnesium wheels (15 inches front and rear). The hardtop is removable.
